Kate McKinnon flirts with Chris Hemsworth on 'SNL' promo

Hemsworth will host the late night comedy show Saturday with Zac Brown Band as musical guest.

NEW YORK, March 5 (UPI) -- Comedian Kate McKinnon gets up close and personal to Chris Hemsworth in the actor's promos for his forthcoming gig as Saturday Night Live host.

The Australian star, 31, stars next to McKinnon in the ad for his forthcoming debut as host. In the clip, McKinnon awkwardly stares at the Thor star, asks him why the Australian government created him and asks him to recreate the Dirty Dancing lift scene, only to fail miserably.

Hemsworth will host the late night comedy show Saturday with Zac Brown Band as musical guest.

The actor is set to star in In the Heart of the Sea, Avengers:Age of Ultron and Vacation in 2015.
