NEW YORK, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- BBC America says it will start airing this month QI, the British comedy quiz show hosted by Stephen Fry.

"QI is a panel show full of quirky facts in which contestants are rewarded more if their answers are 'quite interesting,'" the television network said in a news release. "Every season is themed around a different letter of the alphabet and each episode has a different theme on which the celebrity guests have to answer questions, avoiding repeating common misconceptions and urban myths. It's OK to be wrong, but don't be obviously, boringly wrong."

BBC America will start Season J with three back-to-back episodes Feb. 19. The show is in its 12th season in the United Kingdom.

Fry will be seen next week hosting the British Academy Film Awards 2015. The prize presentation will be broadcast in the United States on BBC America.
