LOS ANGELES, Jan. 26 (UPI) -- The cast of the British costume drama Downton Abbey won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Ensemble in a Drama Series in Los Angeles Sunday night.

"Thank you so much to the Screen Actors Guild -- SAG-AFTRA -- for this. The best bad boy/bad girl award ever," actress Phyllis Logan said on behalf of her co-stars on the popular PBS program.

"I want to thank the Downton Abbey cast for letting me come up with them because I am actually sitting on a different table, so thank you," joked Allen Leech, who was also nominated alongside his The Imitation Game castmates for Best Ensemble in a Film.

"Yeah, he didn't choose to sit with us! And we want to thank our amazing crew. They are incredible," chimed in Sophie McShera.

"Thank you so much to the viewers that have stuck with us. We are about to go into Season 6, it's amazing. Thank you for keeping us on this journey. We've had the best time. Thank you guys so much," concluded Joanne Froggatt.

Upon winning her SAG Award for Best Actress in a TV Drama Series, Viola Davis thanked Shonda Rhimes and the rest of the creative team behind ABC's hit freshman show How to Get Away with Murder "for thinking that a sexualized, messy, mysterious woman could be a 49-year-old, dark-skinned, African-American woman who looks like me."

She also went on to express her gratitude to "all of the people who love me exactly how God made me."

"And that's my beautiful husband Julius [Tennon,] my 4-year-old daughter at home, Genesis, and my mother, Mary Alice Davis. Thank you so much," Davis said.

Kevin Spacey won the Best Actor in a TV Drama Series for his work in Netflix's House of Cards. He was not present to accept his award, however.
