'Boardwalk Empire' costumes and props hit the auction block

Starring Steve Buscemi, Gretchen Mol, Michael Shannon, Jack Huston, Shea Whigham, Michael Pitt and Kelly Macdonald, the show was set in Prohibition-era New Jersey and followed the lives of various gangsters, lawmen and politicians. It wrapped up its five-season run in 2014.

NEW YORK, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Costumes, props and set dressings from HBO's period drama series Boardwalk Empire are now being auctioned off, Screen Bid has announced.

Starring Steve Buscemi, Gretchen Mol, Michael Shannon, Jack Huston, Shea Whigham, Michael Pitt and Kelly Macdonald, the show was set in Prohibition-era New Jersey and followed the lives of various gangsters, lawmen and politicians. It wrapped up its five-season run in 2014.

Bids on memorabilia from the celebrated series -- including the facial mask worn by character Richard Harrow, Nucky Thompson's signature red carnation, Margaret Thompson's jewelry box and the suit Jimmy Darmody was wearing in his last, fateful scene -- will be accepted through Thursday at ScreenBid.com.
