Comedy Central announced the show's renewal on Monday. The series premiered in April 2013, and wrapped up its second season on June 3.
The program stars comedian Amy Schumer, and features comedy sketches, stand-up and interviews. She often tackles gender politics in her bits, and previous episodes have seen the actress interview exotic dancers and receive couple's therapy from supermodel Chrissy Teigen.
Schumer came to fame after she appeared on NBC series Last Comic Standing in 2007, and costarred in Reality Bites Back on Comedy Central in 2008. In recent years, she has made appearances on 30 Rock, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Girls.
"I like tackling the stuff nobody else talks about, like the darkest, most serious thing about yourself," she said of her comedy to STL Today in 2012. "I talk about life and sex and personal stories and stuff everybody can relate to, and some can't."
