Eva Amurri is pregnant with her first child

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Susan Sarandon's daughter, U.S. actress Eva Amurri, is pregnant with her first child, UsMagazine.com reported Friday.

"We are so excited to announce that we are expecting our first child together," Amurri and her husband, 32-year-old soccer commentator Kyle Martino, said in a statement. "Having a family has always been a priority for us both and we couldn't be happier!"

"Happy Valentines day to my heart, my hero, my BABYDADDY @kylemartino!!!!" Amurri tweeted Friday. "I love you so much."

The couple have been married since October 2011. Their baby is due to be born this summer, UsMagazine.com reported.

Amurri, 28, is the daughter of Sarandon and Italian film director Franco Amurri.
