Amy Poehler takes break from hosting to win her own Golden Globe

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Golden Globe Awards emcee Amy Poehler took a break from her hosting duties to accept the prize for Best Actress in a Comedy Series in Los Angeles.

The "Parks and Recreation" star was presiding over Sunday night's ceremony with Tina Fey, but she went into the audience when the nominees in her category were announced.

She was getting a back rub from Irish rocker Bono when her name was called.

"I was not prepared for this," Poehler said as she accepted her statuette. "I never won anything like this. ... I never win, so I can't believe I won."
