Jodie Sweetin pays $53,000 2009 tax bill

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 6 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Jodie Sweetin has paid the Internal Revenue Service more than $53,000 in back taxes, TMZ reported.

Sweetin recently settled the bill from 2009, the celebrity news website said Friday.

Sweetin, 31, is a former child star known for her work on the sitcom "Full House."
