LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21 (UPI) -- The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has declined to charge musician and TV personality CeeLo Green with sexual assault, TMZ reported.

A woman alleged "The Voice" coach put the drug Ecstasy in her drink without her knowledge while they were on a 2012 date, then had sex with her when she was intoxicated.

Green will be charged with the felony furnishing Ecstasy but prosecutors will not pursue sexual-assault charges because of insufficient evidence, TMZ said.
