LOS ANGELES, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Reality television personality Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett suffered a minor stroke during a head-on collision in Calabasas, Calif., in April, E! News reported.

Doctors made the discovery through scans days after the crash, but the 28-year-old former Playboy model has since recovered.

"They told her to take it easy and chill out for a couple of weeks, but she is fine," a source told E! News Wednesday. "There is nothing to worry about."

Wilkinson-Baskett is married to professional football player Hank Baskett.
