Giuliana Rancic confirms she and Bill planning for second baby

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- U.S. television personality Giuliana Rancic says she and her husband Bill have asked the woman who gave birth to their son to carry a second child for them.

However, the breast-cancer survivor was reluctant to talk about the matter, noting it will be addressed on the next season of their reality show "Giuliana & Bill."

"I can confirm that we definitely asked her and that we love our surrogate and that she is seriously considering it, but the truth is nothing's really happening right now, to be quite honest. But you'll see. Her answer might surprise a lot of people but that's gonna be on the new season that's in a few months," Rancic told E! News.

The Rancics married in 2007 and welcomed their first child, son Duke, via gestational carrier last year.
