Michael Douglas and Matt Damon to be Emmys presenters

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 3 (UPI) -- "Behind the Candelabra" co-stars Michael Douglas and Matt Damon are to be presenters at the Prime Time Emmy Awards show in Los Angeles, CBS announced.

This will mark the first time Douglas and Damon present statuettes at the Emmy Awards.

Douglas and Damon are nominated this year for their portrayals of the late musician Liberace and his boyfriend Scott Thorson, respectively, in "Behind the Candelabra." Helmed by Steven Soderbergh and co-starring Rob Lowe, the TV movie earned a total of 15 Emmy nominations.

The Emmy Awards ceremony is to take place Sept. 22 at the NOKIA Theater L.A. LIVE.
