Ricky Gervais posts 'Learn Guitar with David Brent' clips on YouTube

LONDON, Aug. 28 (UPI) -- British actor, writer and producer Ricky Gervais has posted another YouTube video featuring him as his iconic character David Brent.

Gervais played the socially awkward Brent for two seasons on the original U.K. version of "The Office," which he co-created with Stephen Merchant. The show was then adapted in the United States where it recently wrapped a successful nine-season run.

Gervais has revisited Brent in a series of video clips called "Learn Guitar with David Brent."

His latest installment, which features Brent singing a song called "Thank [Expletive] It's Friday," has been viewed about 50,000 times since it was posted on YouTube Sunday.
