Giuliana Rancic says she is ready for a second child

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 22 (UPI) -- U.S. reality television personality Giuliana Rancic says she is ready for a second child.

Giuliana and Bill Rancic became first-time parents last August when their son Duke was born via surrogate.

"I definitely want to have another kid soon," Rancic, a breast cancer survivor, told E! News. "I'm ready, but Bill's the one not ready to pull the trigger yet."

She went on to say she and Bill understand how much goes into being a parent.

"Honestly, I think it's a lot harder than I thought it was going to be, just because you want to be such a good parent, you love your kid so much -- but it's hard when you have a career and a husband and friends. It's hard to juggle it all," she said.
