NEW YORK, Aug. 19 (UPI) -- The late "Bachelor" star Gia Allemand's public visitation and funeral are to take place this week in New York, her family announced.

A viewing is to be held Wednesday at Papavero Funeral Home in Maspeth, N.Y., while a funeral service is scheduled at Trinity Grace Church of Chelsea in New York City Thursday morning.
