Lea Michele tweets thanks for support after beau's death

LOS ANGELES, July 29 (UPI) -- U.S. singer and actress Lea Michele expressed via Twitter her gratitude to fans for their kind words in the wake of her boyfriend Cory Monteith's death.

"Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support," Michele tweeted Monday, alongside a photo of her with Monteith taken shortly before his July 13 death of an accidental drug overdose. "Cory will forever be in my heart."

Michele, 26, and Monteith, 31, were co-stars on the TV series "Glee." They had been dating for more than a year when he was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room.
