Reality TV star Giuliana Rancic says she wants more children

LOS ANGELES, June 13 (UPI) -- Reality TV personality and breast cancer survivor Giuliana Rancic told TV's "Access Hollywood" she and her husband Bill would like to have more children.

The Rancics' first child, son Duke, was born to a surrogate mother last August.

"We're definitely thinking about it," said the female half of TV's "Giuliana & Bill." "We'd love another child. So, we'll see."

She said, however, her husband isn't sure exactly how big a family he wants just yet.

"Any time we have a rough time with Duke, he's like, 'What do you think about just one?'" she laughed. "I'm like, 'Bill, I'm Italian, I need a big family.' I mean, there's nothing more beautiful. I think [you should] have as many kids as you can handle! Why not? And I think that in the future, we'll be so glad that we had as many kids as we did."
