Actor Corbin Bernsen -- whose mother, "Young & The Restless" icon Jeanne Cooper died this month -- is to help introduce the ceremony's "in memoriam" tribute.

More information will be announced in the coming weeks including hosts, additional presenters and show content, HLN said in a news release Wednesday.
