USA Network orders family sitcom 'Divide & Conquer'

LOS ANGELES, May 22 (UPI) -- USA Network announced Wednesday it has ordered a new original half-hour family comedy pilot called "Divide & Conquer"

The show is from executive producer and writer Peter Ocko, who has previously worked on "The Office" and "Pushing Daisies."

Expected to premiere in early 2014, the show is about "love, support, attention and all the other things parents do to mess up their kids," a synopsis said.

"In a world where failure is the new F-word, and normal is the new stupid, Ben and Charlotte are just hoping their kids make it out of the house someday."

Casting has yet to be be announced.
