The 27-year-old muscle-bound personality is "in a lot of pain and is expected to remain there for several days," the unnamed rep said.

Longtime on-again, off-again girlfriend Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, 26, another former "Jersey Shore" cast member, was traveling to be at his bedside, the magazine said on its website.

Ortiz-Magro was in Orlando to promote his alcohol line, Smush Cocktails, at the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention when "he started feeling uncomfortable," his rep said.
