A source told the celebrity news outlet the former "Splash" competitor was "in shock" and "really sore" after Sunday's crash; however, she doesn't appear to have sustained any serious injuries.
"She was taken in earlier," a second insider said. "She was discharged already."
No other details regarding the incident, including how it happened and whether any other people were involved, were immediately reported.
