LOS ANGELES, March 25 (UPI) -- Actor Bryan Cranston told police in New Mexico a shoulder bag containing his iPad and a "Breaking Bad" script were stolen from his car, records show.

The Hollywood Reporter said Monday Cranston filed the complaint March 1, stating the window of his vehicle was broken during the course of the theft.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office arrested Xavier McAfee this past Saturday for suspicion of burglary in connection with the incident, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.

It was unclear if the stolen items had been recovered.
