Fox renews 'Mindy,' 'Following' for sophomore seasons

LOS ANGELES, March 5 (UPI) -- U.S. television network Fox has ordered second seasons of its sitcom "The Mindy Project" and cult-themed thriller "The Following," TVGuide.com reported.

"The Mindy Project" stars "The Office" alum Mindy Kaling, while "The Following" is headlined by beloved movie actor Kevin Bacon.

Fox also has renewed "New Girl" for a third season and "Raising Hope" for a fourth, the television news website said.
