LOS ANGELES, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- A stunt woman has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against Sony Pictures Entertainment after she was injured in a stunt on the set of FX drama "Justified."

Lisa Hoyle filed the suit Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging she was injured Feb. 3, 2011, when a parked car she was standing next to was hit by another car for a stunt she was unaware was being staged.

The car she was next to rolled over her ankle and knocked her unconscious, the suit said.

Hoyle said the stunt crew had been informed of the stunt during a safety meeting, but she was getting food and didn't hear the message about the planned crash. She said she was injured because of poor set management and negligence by Sony, The Hollywood Reporter said.

The amount in damages Hoyle seeks was not reported.
