EDISON, N.J., Dec. 24 (UPI) -- The Kardashians, the Lohans, and Honey Boo Boo and her kin top the list of celebrities Americans would like to hear less about in 2013, a poll indicates.

The online survey of 2,309 U.S. adults ages 18 and older was conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of Zebra Pen Corp.

Reality TV staples the Kardashians came in at No. 1 on the list of stars to be written off next year, followed by troubled actress Lindsay Lohan and her feuding, party-loving parents Michael and Dina, at No. 2.

Child beauty pageant contestant and reality TV personality Honey Boo-Boo came in at No. 3 and pop star Justin Beiber at No. 4.

R&B artist Chris Brown and real-estate mogul Donald Trump tied at No. 5.

"Americans are inundated with news about famous people," Chris Farley, director of marketing for Zebra Pen Corp., said in a statement Monday. "We thought it would be fun to conduct a light-hearted survey to find out which celebs have been a bit overexposed in 2012. Now that we know the perceptions of the country, we'll see how the New Year shapes up for these ink-grabbing celebrities."
