Lauer, Roker to host NBC Globes arrivals special

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., Dec. 14 (UPI) -- NBC says "Today" hosts Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker and Natalie Morales will cover the red carpet arrivals at the Golden Globes in Los Angeles.

The "Golden Globe Arrivals Special" will air at 4 p.m. PST/7 p.m. EST -- just prior to "The 70th annual Golden Globe Awards" ceremony Jan. 13.

"The show will highlight one of Hollywood's most famed events, a night celebrating achievement in film and television with the brightest stars in the industry," NBC said in a release.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are to serve as hosts of the "Golden Globe Awards."
