NEW YORK, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- The casts of the Broadway musicals "Annie," "Once," "Cinderella" and "Newsies" are to perform at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York, producers said.

Also set to take part in Thursday's traditional holiday event are cast members of the musical "Nice Work If You Can Get It," as well as the stars of the play "The Heiress."

NBC, one of the networks airing the parade, said 3.5 million spectators are expected to turn out for the event, while another 50 million viewers likely will watch at home.
