'Elementary' to air after Super Bowl

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- CBS said Monday its contemporary, New York-set Sherlock Holmes series "Elementary" will air after the Super Bowl this winter.

The show, which debuted this fall, stars Jonny Lee Miller as private detective Holmes and Lucy Liu as his sidekick, Dr. Joan Watson.

A special episode of "Elementary" will be broadcast following CBS Sports' coverage of Super Bowl XLVII Feb. 3, the network said.
