"Once again, we are thrilled to announce that Chris and Brooke are returning to host the 2013 Miss America Competition, the most watched non-sports program on a Saturday night for almost two years," Sam Haskell, III -- board chairman of the Miss America Organization -- said in a statement Wednesday.

"Chris and Brooke are a wonderful team, and together they helped us achieve record ratings on ABC last January, and we are so proud to welcome them back for another incredible television event. Chris and Brooke were the perfect emcees for our show, and they helped to successfully set the stage to spotlight 53 beautiful and talented young women in our program."
