'Big Brother' renewed for 15th season

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 21 (UPI) -- The U.S. reality series "Big Brother" has been renewed for a 15th season next summer, CBS announced.

Julie Chen is the host of the program, which follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with more than 50 cameras and 95 microphones, recording their every move, 24 hours a day.

Each week, the houseguests vote someone off the show. The last remaining houseguest wins the grand prize of $500,000.
