Showtime orders third season of 'Episodes'

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- U.S. cable network Showtime says it has ordered a third season of its sitcom "Episodes," starring actor

Matt LeBlanc as a fictionalized version of himself.

The announcement was made Thursday by David Nevins, the network's president of entertainment.

The collaboration between Showtime and the BBC will begin production, in both Los Angeles and London, next year. The season will feature nine, half-hour installments.
