LOS ANGELES, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- Louis C.K., Jim Parsons, Amy Poehler and Ricky Gervais are to be presenters at this month's 64th Primetime Emmy Awards show in Los Angeles, organizers said.

Also tapped to hand out prizes at the Sept. 23 event are actresses Ginnifer Goodwin and Mindy Kaling.

The telecast honoring the previous season's best in television is to air live on the ABC Television Network from the NOKIA Theater in Los Angeles.
