MacFarlane to guest host 'SNL'

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Comedian and "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane is to serve as guest host for the 38th season premiere of "Saturday Night Live" in New York, NBC said.

Frank Ocean will be the musical guest for the first episode of the season, which is to tape Sept. 15.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt will serve as guest host Sept. 22 when Mumford & Sons will make their debut as musical guest.

On Oct. 6, Daniel Craig will take his turn as host. Muse will provide the music for the show that night, NBC said.
