
LOUISVILLE, Ky., Aug. 25 (UPI) -- "The Amazing Race" winner and University of Louisville (Ky.) volleyball coach Jen Hoffman announced the birth of her first child with boyfriend Ryan Fowler.
The couple welcomed Nylah MacKenzie Fowler at 5:34 p.m. Friday, People magazine reported Saturday. The infant weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces.
"She's adorable," Hoffman told People shortly after the birth.
"I'm in awe at how Ryan and I have created such a perfect little healthy human," she said. "I can't express how quickly I've fallen in love. Ryan and I are truly blessed."
Hoffman and her older sister, LaKisha, came in fourth on Season 14 of "The Amazing Race" and first on the 18th season in 2011. The took home the $1 million prize in their second attempt at the reality television show.
Hoffman is an assistant volleyball coach at the University of Louisville, where she played the sport for four years, the school's Web site said.
