NEW YORK, July 26 (UPI) -- A 31-year-old actress with a history of mental illness has been missing from her Manhattan apartment since Sunday morning, police told the New York Post.

Mabel Pantaleon, who has appeared on TV's "Dexter" and "Mystery ER," suffers from bipolar disorder and was last seen at her Harlem apartment. No foul play is suspected in her disappearance, police told the Post.

The New York Daily News said she left a nursing program in her last semester at New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn to pursue an acting career.

Her family declined to discuss her disappearance when reached by phone Wednesday, the Daily News said.
