NEW YORK, July 10 (UPI) -- Cookie Monster, one of the furry stars of the U.S. television series "Sesame Street," sings a parody of "Call Me Maybe" in a new Internet clip.

"Share It Maybe," a spoof of Carly Rae Jepsen's hit "Call Me Maybe," debuted on the pre-school show's YouTube channel Tuesday.

"Me got one wish on me mind," Cookie sings in the video. "It's of the chocolate chip kind. Me look at you and me tell, you may have snickerdoodle. Me trade me soul for a bite. Me spell it out black and white. Me look at you and me see, you like an elf in the tree. You got cookie showing and me got hunger growing, let's get skim milk flowing, we'll start this snack going. Hey me just met you and this is crazy, but you got cookie, so share it maybe."
