Anderson Cooper says no to in-flight photo

LOS ANGELES, June 23 (UPI) -- CNN anchor Anderson Cooper said he was recently aggressive with a fellow passenger who attempted to photograph him on a flight from New York to Los Angeles.

Cooper told comedian Kathy Griffin on her new Bravo talk show Thursday the man sitting next to him tried to use his iPhone to snap photos of Cooper. The news anchor also happened to be sitting next to Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir at the time, the Los Angeles Times reported.

"Normally I would just be like, 'We're not going to win this one,' but I've lately become emboldened," Cooper told Griffin. "I grabbed the guy on the shoulder and I said something to the effect of, 'Bitch, what ... are you doing?'"

Cooper said he did feel some remorse for his aggressive behavior.

"It was one of those things, as soon as I said, I was like, 'I can't believe I said this to this guy,'" he said.
