Longoria, Walker stumping for Obama

AUSTIN, Texas, June 22 (UPI) -- Musician Jerry Jeff Walker and actress Eva Longoria will help raise money in Texas for Barack Obama's re-election campaign, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Walker will serve as host of a July 17 fundraising concert for the president of the United States at Austin City Limits.

Longoria is to appear alongside Obama at other, as-yet-unpublicized events in San Antonio the same day, the newspaper said.
