LOS ANGELES, June 4 (UPI) -- Hollywood's Academy of Television Arts and Sciences says it is combining the long-form performers categories beginning with the 2013 Prime Time Emmy Awards.

The consolidated categories -- now titled Outstanding Actor in a Miniseries or Movie and Outstanding Actress in a Miniseries or Movie -- will include six nominees each.

Long-form performing categories previously were divided into four competitions -- Outstanding Actor and Outstanding Actress in a Miniseries or Movie and Outstanding Supporting Actor and Actress in a Miniseries or Movie. Each category had five nominees.
