Date, venue set for next Grammy Awards

LOS ANGELES, May 31 (UPI) -- The 55th annual Grammy Awards ceremony is to take place Feb. 10 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, The Recording Academy said Thursday.

The prize presentation honoring the best in music is to air on CBS.

"The Grammy Nominations Concert Live! -- Countdown to Music's Biggest Night" is set for Dec. 5 and will also be broadcast on the network.
