UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., May 1 (UPI) -- NBC says it plans to air two super-sized episodes of its Indiana-set sitcom "Parks and Recreation."

Thursday night's installment and the show's May 10 season finale will be 5 minutes longer than usual, the network said.

Starring Amy Poehler, Rashida Jones, Aziz Ansari, Rob Lowe, Nick Offerman, Chris Pratt, Aubrey Plaza, Adam Scott and Jim O'Heir, the 30-minute, mockumentary-style show is about the denizens of small-town municipal government in Pawnee, Ind. The sitcom wraps up its fourth season this month.
