LOS ANGELES, March 17 (UPI) -- Kim Kardashian's divorce proceedings with New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries have stalled over demands for confessions to fraud, sources told TMZ.com.

Kardashian and Humphries, who were married for 72 days before calling it quits, are said to be willing to go along with a formal annulment of their marriage; however, both parties insist the other admit they weren't entirely honest about their relationship.

TMZ said Saturday Kardashian is accusing Humphries of failing to live up to a promise to reside with her in Los Angeles and insisting she move with him to his home state of Minnesota. Humphries is countering with allegations Kardashian married him purely for television purposes and had no intention of being his wife till death they do part.

Both sides have dug in and refused to admit to any fraud. TMZ sources said Humphries is demanding $7 million to call it quits, but Kardashian is willing to fight it out rather than cop to any wrongdoing.
