Parsons, Lowe to be 'Live!' guest co-hosts

NEW YORK, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Actors Rob Lowe, Jim Parsons and David Duchovny have been booked as guest co-hosts on "Live! with Kelly" in New York, ABC said.

The network has enlisted the help of various guest hosts to work with Kelly Ripa since longtime "Live!" star Regis Philbin left the show this fall. No permanent replacement for Philbin has been announced yet.

ABC said Kelly's husband, Mark Consuelos, will serve as guest co-host Jan. 2, while Parsons will help out Jan. 3, Duchovny will fill in Jan. 4, and Lowe will appear on Jan. 5-6.
