HOLLYWOOD, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- One of Hollywood's major television unions announced it had reached agreement on a new labor contract that includes a 6-percent pay increase.

The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists said Friday night the new pact also includes an increase in employer contributions to health and retirement funds, and will be in effect until late 2014 if approved by the membership.
