NEW YORK, Dec. 6 (UPI) -- "The Absolutely Fabulous 20th Anniversary Special" is to air next month on BBC America and Logo, TVGuide.com reported Tuesday.
The revival of the outrageous British sitcom will premiere Jan. 8.

Fan-favorite characters Edina Monsoon, played by Jennifer Saunders; Patsy Stone, played by Joanna Lumley; and Bubble, played by Jane Horrocks, all appear in the program, TVGuide.com said.
The show initially ran for three seasons between 1992 and 1995. A two-part television movie called "The Last Shout" aired in 1996 and was followed by two more seasons from 2001 to 2003, and three additional specials in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
