LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Soap star Jack Wagner says he and fiancee Heather Locklear had too much on their plates to go through with a wedding at this time.

Wagner told TMZ.com he and his former "Melrose Place" co-star were still in love but the wedding plans and their respective families were demanding too much of their time.

Wagner said he and Locklear decided not to blend their families together because the three children were too young for such a major development. That left them having to carve out alone time with his two sons and Locklear's daughter, Ava.
