LOS ANGELES, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Nick Cannon says his busy schedule has been no problem because he's doing it for his growing family.

Cannon and wife Mariah Carey recently welcomed new twins Moroccan and Monroe, and he is now buckling down as breadwinner.

"Family always comes first," Cannon told Parade magazine. "It is not really about a balance act. Everything I do is for my family."

Cannon, 31, has been on a roll recently with his own radio show, a co-starring role in "Up All Night" and a hosting gig with "America's Got Talent." Parade said he would also squeeze in the third annual "TeenNick Halo Awards," which he helped develop.

The Halo Awards go to U.S. teenagers who have made significant contributions to their communities.

"Years from now, my kids could be Halo nominees as well," he said in true new-dad fashion.
