VENICE, Calif., Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Former "CSI" cast member Gary Dourdan was arrested for allegedly breaking his ex-girlfriend's nose in Venice, Calif., law enforcement sources told TMZ.

The altercation between Dourdan and the unidentified woman allegedly took place Sunday night at the actor's home, the celebrity news Web site said.

Dourdan was booked for felony battery and was being held on $50,000 bail, TMZ said.

The actor co-starred on "CSI" from 2000 to 2008. His film credits include "Jumping the Broom" and "Alien Resurrection."

He pleaded guilty to felony drug possession after a 2008 arrest.
