LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- British director, producer and TV personality Jack Osbourne is engaged to aspiring actress Lisa Stelly, UsMagazine.com said Thursday.

The report did not say when and how they got engaged, how long they have been a couple or whether they have set a wedding date.

Jack Osbourne is the son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and TV star Sharon Osbourne. The family, along with Jack's sister Kelly, appeared on the popular reality series "The Osbournes," which ran from 2002 to 2005.

Jack has since directed Ozzy's music video "Life Won't Wait" and produced the documentary "God Bless Ozzy Osbourne."
