SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 18 (UPI) -- Actress Sally Pressman says she and actor David Rogers have taken their romance to the next level, getting married in Santa Barbara, Calif.
People magazine reported the wedding took place Saturday evening at the Bacara Resort & Spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. They became engaged last October and it is the first marriage for both.
Pressman tweeted recently the jewelry she wore on the big day came from Gilan, which she said is a family owned company from Turkey.
"I am so so fortunate and grateful," she said in her Twitter post.
Pressman, 30, is known for her work on the Lifetime drama series "Army Wives" and Rogers, 34, for his role in the ABC situation comedy "Cougar Town."
Pressman said it took some doing to get the wedding planning done around their schedules.
"It's challenging for sure, but because we have such a large cast, luckily I have some time to take care of details," she told Lifetime prior to the wedding. "Looking at locations is impossible but my fiance is taking care of that a little. And I have meetings with my wedding planner over Skype. Thank God for technology!"
